HEKS - Garden Tandem Grünhölzli

In the Grünhölzli community garden, participants garden in pairs, working in tandem. The tandem partners meet once a week to work together in the garden and also participate in monthly, facilitated group meetings organized by HEKS. Participants receive professional support. The program aims to foster easy interaction between newcomers and long-time residents through shared gardening. The gardening season runs from the beginning of April to the end of October (weather permitting). This program is open to both newcomers and long-time residents of Zurich.

The gardening season lasts from approximately the beginning of April to the end of October (weather permitting). During this time, weekly, mandatory garden meetings take place. The program is finalized at the start of the season. Regular meetings also take place both in and outside the garden during the winter months. Participants are welcome to bring their children and have free access to the garden area at all times. This program is primarily aimed at residents of the city of Zurich.
